The first thing to address is this.  No one should ever seriously consider marriage before actually meeting, in my opinion.  At only 21 years old, you have a LOT of life left.  Don't rush it....lol
Disclaimer:  The above opinion is just the thoughts of an old guy who has lived more than 6 decades.

This is just a suggestion but I would bring everything you can to the interview. If you are driving 2.5 hours each way the last thing you need is being in AP because you didn't bring that "one" thing.

Depending on her English ability, she may only be able to renew her GC. OP said she doesn't speak English very well (even after 13 some years....) and that is part of the citizenship 'tests'. So depeneds on how "well" she speaks or doesn't speak obviously.

I've been told some good advice many times in my life: If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with realizing a mistake and going "Oh #######! I misunderstood what was meant." Instead, it's...
"It should have been described more clearly on the form." versus "I missed the related documents, didn't properly research it, and didn't ask first."
"They should have caught my mistake beforehand" versus "I shouldn't have made the mistake, learned from it and paid the consequences, and will try to avoid similar mistakes in the future."

Please don't misunderstand me...I truly harbor no ill will towards you or her. But when it comes to immigration, details matter and you need to both do your research first as well as have personal responsibility for any results. Pointing fingers at USCIS will never end well unless you can prove that they violated law or policies. What any individual believes they should do won't change the results. In this case, the mistake only results in a little bit of time and some money. For other immigration processes, mistakes can result in something far more substantial.

    Best wishes.

You paid a fee for the application to be reviewed. It was reviewed, and you don't get a refund based on not liking the outcome. It was properly denied.

It's pretty clearly defined in the worksheet that goes with the N-400:
    https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 -> https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/attachments.pdf
"Attachment A - Naturalization Eligibility Worksheet
I have been a Permanent Resident for three to five years...
I am married to, and living with, a U.S.citizen. [True]   [False] -> STOP
I have been married to that U.S. citizen for at least the past three years. [True]   [False] -> STOP"

This is how everything in immigration works. They verify eligibility before adjudicating the form, but it is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that they meet the criteria first.
What service did USCIS not provide? They determined her eligibility for the benefit being applied for, and adjudicated the application. Just because she was ineligible at this time doesn't mean they didn't provide a service. Was the review of the documents free? Was the interview time free? Somebody has to pay for it, and they're nearly entirely self-funded so it comes from the application fees.
Imagine the people who file for a spouse or fiance to come to the US and spend ~$1000+ and a year or longer on the process just to get a refusal.

Michelle13 got a reaction from King's in K1 - mandatory seeing of family?
Yes a police report will be needed.  Sounds like you will need at least two.  One from your home country and one from the country you're in now.   They will give you a checklist of all the things needed at the interview.

    Good luck!

Michelle13 got a reaction from King's in K1 - mandatory seeing of family?
In my K1 interview they asked if we had met each others families and when.  But again every interview can look different depending on the country/interviewer.

I like the idea of scheduling a Skype meeting so your fiancé has the opportunity to at least meet that way.

No -it’s quite screwed up not paying child support. Prior delinquents would leave the country and not pay anything and abandon their responsibilities.

Now it’s hard to do that since controls are in place.

what i am about to say is hard to hear
I am sure (after being in Morocco to witness a birth) that this girl does not want to deliver there

anyway,  you will not get a tourist visa to visit from Morocco to your wife as they know you are married and immigration will assume you intend to stay in USA and AOS to remain here and tourist visas for Moroccans are difficult to begin with

your interview will be in about (hopefully) 14 months
your wife will need several visits to get this CR1 visa approved so maybe she can bring the new baby to see you / she needs to visit you within 2 years of the interview / it would be great if she could be in Morocco for the interview as emotional support although she can not attend the interview / nice to say she is there

now, your biggest problem is "as you say, she can not work"
she needs to show she has 125% of poverty guidelines which for you, a baby and a wife will be $25,975 (3 people) for the year 2017 if you interview before 15th April 2019 /if interview after 15th April will need to show 2018 income
if she can not work, you may need a cosponsor with income to support themselves, their family and your family

Good luck as you have a difficult road to visa ahead

Woman can work right up to birth.   And pregnancy is a preventable illness so there is no reason to expedite a petition.

I agree with others that him getting married was a personal decision of his and should not be looked at as a mistake. If he hos found a partner who loves him and wants to have a family with him it should not matter where he lives, as long as they are happy.

Another poster already touched on this, but a lot of countries don't even give a person to petition for multiple family members. If he was here in the US and move to another state across the country to raise his family you'd likely not have a problem with that.

In all honesty it sounds like him coming here is simply a personal desire that you want. It is not a need.

Sorry to say this but chain migration is a problem.  You say that "family" is not part of the USCIS or the NVC vocabulary.  Well, let's look at it from a different perspective.  What are the immigration laws of the country where your son resides?  Are those immigration laws so "family oriented"?  I don't know but I'm certain it is much more strict than US immigration laws.  Otherwise, perhaps you would have moved there.  Your son is not a child anymore.  He is starting his own family now.  Nothing to stop you visiting him there.

This is why you were denied, this is material misrepresentation. You lied about being single and free to marry in your petition and visa application.

Seriously this is the second person today to come on here having lied and applied for a fiancé visa when already married.

You will not get a visitor visa, you have already proven dishonest in order to try and circumvent immigration rules to make it quicker for yourself because you think your reason is valid. Pregnancy isn’t a reason to expedite and it isn’t a reason to violate immigration rules.

Apply for spouse visa, be completely honest at all stages including all forms, and hope at the interview they allow a waiver.
