I say since you won't believe any of us here, go ahead and send it in a d see what they do. You will only be out 500+ dollars and months of your time. Or you could listen to everyone and not get an I told you so. It's really not hard but the hardheadedness is going to cause you issues

Yeah I think at this point it is safe to say that the OP does have a criminal record that he HEAVILY disputes, and that he doesn't seem to understand that even if he lies and doesn't check the "Yes" to the arrests box, that they are still going to run a background check on him and find it. If they find it, what ever they find isn't something that can be argued with. Feelings don't matter, "facts" don't matter, what ever is written that USCIS finds, is what matters.

Sounds like bitter feelings towards the courts.   VJ is not a court of law.  Troll or disgruntled human?

My brother-in-law’s name is Bill. Going to ask him if he’s true or untrue. 

You can kick and scream all you want....but I'm sure they already have the means to discover your record.......You can follow their instructions or you can suffer the consequences.......Life is full of choices, and we all must live with results of our choices.

You people already think it's TRUE.  Proving my point it effects people. Is harmful information.. has no place in the immigration process..

People are calling you a troll because you consistently and repeatedly refused to answer questions that would help clarify the case. Let's try again:
Where was this called "untrue bill?" What exactly do you expect out of this forum? You seem to just keep repeating same thing over and over again, ignoring people responding to you. What do you intend to put on 129F?

No one is forcing anything - you can move to her country and see about their background checks and security laws.
 
How is it used against you? I suggest you contact a lawyer. And then find a way to calm down.
