Advise pls

My son was born premature in the states and on the day I was meant to travel back home. 
I wasn’t given any bills to pay cuz Medicare covered it.. 

I have been denied visa renewal tho I have all paperwork to show.. 

now my fiancé and I are engaged and wants me to join him.. 

what do I do?

Get married ASAP and file for adjustment of status.  Do not leave for any reason until you receive your greencard

I am not in the states… my partner is in the states and wants me to join him.. am in Africa at the moment

Then tell him to petition promptly.  As long as your previous denial wasn't for fraud, it won't have any impact on your fiancee visa

I think it’s because I had my son In the states..

You could not have had Medicare. You had Medicaid for pregnant women. Most likely you will have to pay the hospital bill. I have seen that before.

I did ask for the bills .. but nothing came… I have all the paper works with me.. 

I was at the hospital on the same day I had to travel back home cuz my water broke at 29 weeks ..

Sometimes it takes many months for medical bills to be mailed.  This is normal in the US healthcare system.  Don't assume that the bills will not be sent eventually.  You could also contact the hospital's billing department to ask again, make sure they have a current mailing address for you or your partner.  These bills will have to be paid as part of your immigration journey so be ready for a big payment.

 She won't have to pay as much as one might think or nothing at all under her circumstances. All she would have to do is ask the hospital for their debt relief program or any other kind of programs they have and they will help.

 She will not be the first or the last who has asked about these kinds of programs.. all she has to do is ask. simple

I believe this isn't just for any nationalities, or else everyone will be giving birth in US and using it.

 

I tend to think it's only available for US GC, USC

Sounds you overstayed your I-94, AND your child is a USC.  Your options are to either proceed with ta fiance visa or marry, meet, then apply for a spousal visa.  Good luck in your journey.

The OP came here on a tourist visa and had a child on Government expense, should have been something paid for by Travel Insurance.

 

Tried to obtain another B and of course was refused.

 

Child is a USC and presumably has a US Passport

 

Agree with the Cat re options.

Sounds like there might be an overstay issue or else she returned home without the child.
