    I didn’t over stay .. I left a month or 2 before my visa expired… right after my baby was fit to fly .. my child has his birth certificate and his US passport.. I contacted the health department for all bills if possible.. they posted the bill but there was nothing to be paid.. I asked after a few month.. almost a year cuz I wanted to clear myself.. but the bill came and it was nothing to be paid.: I have all the letters

    I did ask for the bills .. but nothing came… I have all the paper works with me.. I was at the hospital on the same day I had to travel back home cuz my water broke at 29 weeks ..

    My son was born premature in the states and on the day I was meant to travel back home. I wasn’t given any bills to pay cuz Medicare covered it.. I have been denied visa renewal tho I have all paperwork to show.. now my fiancé and I are engaged and wants me to join him.. what do I do?
