Wife Worked under fake Alias while on a B1/B2 VISA Should I Report on 130A?

My wife worked under a fake Alias for a company in California. Although she did not have authorization to work. She was on a B1/B2 VISA.  Should I put this on the 130a form? Where it asked about ever going by any other name and job history.

Could it result in a denial of a green card? I'm a US citizen.

She should report the work.  If she claimed to be a US citizen, hire an attorney.

During her illegal employment, did she claim to be a US citizen?

If she worked under an Alias and used someone's SS card, better  lawyer up 

 

As others mentioned, did she claim she was a US Citizen?  Did she know anything about the person information she used?

She made up a number on the spot. I Guess they didn't run to see if it was legitimate. 

Random number, not someone else's. I assume she checked off being a citizen since she had to make a number up.

Claiming to be a USC=lifetime ban with no waiver available.   You need a lawyer asap.

DIY is not for you. She needs an immigration lawyer.

 

I would be cautious about posting for DIY  advice for a case this complex.

Not a good idea to assume that. You need to know for sure. Here's a case where someone was denied a green card for having falsely claimed to be US citizen on a driver's license application:
