Hey I just received an email from NVC that there has been a change to my account. When I log in there is nothing that has changed, no new messages or anything. All my documents are accepted except the 2 that I submitted from my rfe in September. I have already given it about 3 days and there is still nothing new. Is this good news or should I be worried? Is there anything I can do?

Something similar happened to me before. It took 7 days to show the change. I would not worry. Hopefully they will accept your documents and you will move to embassy soon.

I had the exact same thing happen to my case this week on Tuesday. Original submission October 26th, got the email Dec 6th, but logged in and nothing changed and no messages. This Friday the embassy changed (which is supposed to, Moscow to Warsaw) but still no changes to documents. Hoping that it updates this week 🤞

Did this happen to your original submission or an additional one?

Original.

Thanks, this is good to know. I've been very worried about this, it seemed very strange. I hope I get some updates this week or at least before Christmas...

Yes, your case won't even be looked at for ~3 or 4 weeks, around which time you should get an email from NVC that something has happened (and hopefully followed soon after by DQ.) My submittal date was Oct 26th, and the first processing date was supposed to be around Tuesday Dec 6th - I got an email but unlike most people, no document status changed and no messages.

Thank you for the response.  I did see your postings about the strange email but no update when you login,  I wish and pray you get your GOOD message ASAP.

Yes NVC is about less than 40 day review timeline..  the update is expected later today to see they will be NOV now.  SOmetime people get notification when they submit "Case FE review note"...  in my case I did not receive any message/email, that caused me to ask that question.  I will sit tight to get my turn to be DQed

I still have not heard from NVC, there is still no new messages on my CEAC account. There are still 2 documents that have not been accepted that I had submitted in November 1st. Now, NVC's timeframe says they are past my date of submission. I have sent a message to them and I have also asked a senator to help. Hopefully we will hear from them soon. Has anyone else heard from them yet?

Did yours change to DQ or was it an RFE?
