First submission 4th April 2022

RFE 12th September  add household member

RFE  2nd November 2021 W2 for joint sponsor and household member .

Did they ask you only W2 for JS?

They asked my JS to provide each of 1099 in addition to earlier submitted w2 and tax transcripts

They do that when the total income line doesn’t line up with the income on the W2. If that’s the case, everyone should volunteer the 1099s because they WILL be RFE’d.

Friends - My I130 just got approved yesterday (11/09/2022).  Waiting on NVC welcome letter... I guess it is about 5 days from the approval letter.  Planning to submit the docs as soon as I get the welcome email and pay the fees.  So I will be joining, following and contributing to this thread.  Let me know anything I need watch out when I do.  Appreciate it and good luck to you all

Congrats! There's no joy like when your I-130 gets approved.

Make sure to check nvc.state.gov/find twice and trice so you get your civil docs right the first time.
