    First submission 4th April 2022 RFE 13th June add joint sponsor RFE 12th September add household member RFE 2nd November 2021 W2 for joint sponsor and household member .

    I just submitted my 4th RFE 😣. Nvc process is really draining . Back of the line 🤦🏾.

    They are reviewing for September 8th . I haven’t seen any September dqs or RFE . ☹️

    It seems the Attorney uploaded both the under joint sponsor . But my question is they are a couple . Because their marriage certificate was uploaded as well . The officer in charge could clearly see one is a household member . Instead of just fixing it , they delete the entire thing and ask for the same documents to be uploaded again knowing I have to wait for another 60 days which is not fair .

    I don’t know if I should be angry with the Attorney or Nvc . According to the time frame I should be hearing from them mid in November . I just hope it’s not another RFE

    To Add a joint sponsor . Do they need additional 75 days to review a joint sponsor . I’m losing my mind . First submission was 4th April .

    Had a RFE 13Th June . Resubmitted 6th July . Still haven’t heard a word 🥹🥹

    Then how come the lawyer is blabbing joint sponsor . Thank you for making it clear for me . I was really confused . I hope I get DQed soon . Fingers crossed

    I am immigrating from Liberia . My husband earns $1800plus per week after taxes has been deducted . To the best of my knowledge I think his income is enough . Is my answer clear enough ?? 😊

    These are the two RFE . The recent tax return was insufficient . But my petitioner’s current is more than sufficient . Will I be DQed if I ignore both RFE .
