    try in a different pdf editor, I had similar issues with using Edge to fill it in, but worked with Adobe

    I'm at almost 2 months after DQ for my cr1 and still nothing about an interview. I took a look at the visas issues by embassy, and it looks like Ankara does less than 10 cr1 visas a month which seems absolutely terrible. Even just 100 people waiting would mean an over 10 month wait 🤦‍♂️🤬

    Almost surely there's only one person that maintains the ceac site and they were were out on vacation when something broke, and now they're back they've fixed the issue so we're all seeing the updates flow thru as expected.

    I've also got the DQ and status change email yesterday but no changes showing up on site (just checked dates and my submission date is actually 11/11). With the dq email i'll just assume the ceac site just hasnt been getting updated on time 🙂 Side note, I uploaded additional docs under other- civil documents section 2 separate times and it hasnt fortunately put me to the end of the line from that date. good luck to everybody else still waiting 👍

    If my math is right this puts the process at 37 days to review (12/9 - 11/2) which would be a big improvement from last week's 42 days... 👍🤞

    Hey you finally made it to the next round! I'd personally avoid the potential rfe and upload a 1099 if it is available. Twice I've gone back to upload extra docs that some were saying would be needed anyway so I'm also hoping that doesn't reset my submission date. good luck to us all

    7 months for a cr1 visa?? From the ones i've checked that have a timeline on here, i've been expecting it to be under 2-3 months

    Submitted all docs a couple of days ago, heres to hoping to getting this wrapped up before year end 🤞

    I just checked my emails, and I got the case creation email (login info) first and same day, the introduction to doc collection email. You might want to check your spam or the beneficiary email too, it was addressed to both of us.

    Yep second active reviewing notification on the 130 but approved under documents, then next day denied 129f.

    I think our dates are pretty similar for the i130 and the k3 and I was just approved so maybe keep an eye out and good luck!

    Don't think it actually means anything but my status changed to being actively reviewed a couple weeks ago, and the new processing time drop down in my account shows 3 months, which points to before year end. Year end wouldnt be terrible all things considered I guess
