Hello everyone, I have sent in my i130, now I’m looking to send the i129 or the k3. Can someone tell me the address I should mail the k3 application to and do I have to include my wife passports size photo considering she is in Africa? I’m sending for both my with and my stepchild, should I include both their recipes numbers with the k3 application? Thank you all for your time, I really appreciate it.

You can print the photos at Walmart or any other photo store if your spouse can send you an electronic photo. The mailing address is listed here https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f , you also need to send the receipts with your I-129F form.

Can I send my k3 by writing the recipe number on a paper that was generated for me online or do I have to wait for the mail from uscis  before sending it in

I believe you need to wait for the I130 NOA.

Do you mean that you only have the receipt number but you don't have the actual I-130 receipt notice, not even a PDF receipt notice?  If so, you will need to wait for the I-130 receipt notice.

 

But if you actually have a PDF receipt notice from filing I-130 online, just print it out and send with the I-129F for K3.  The PDF notice is just as valid as the paper notice that will come in the mail.

I just talked to a live agent and they said my k3 is at Potomac while my i130 is in Vermont. I’m confused, while are they in different locations or are they gonna merge later on? I was really hoping for a different service center. my receipt date is 10/06/2022 while my k3 is 11/08/2022

The K-3 (I-129F) will be closed.  Your case will progress as a CR-1/IR-1.
