December 2021 submissions to NVC -CR1

Got DQ'd today for 12/16 resubmission on an rfe. I did resubmit in February in additional documents under other as the police certificate was not the full pdf version. So we kept our spot.

If it's any consolation, it does seem like they are improving the processing time marginally. Hopefully it continues to move in that direction. 

 

You aren't alone and I understand how frustrating that is.

Wow! Tell me more about this please. Did they accept your police certificate that you added under Additional documents?

Yes they did. All documents were accepted.

Oh awesome! You know what, we happened to resubmit our I-864EZ, but we later noticed one of the pages were missing again. 😔 So, we rescanned the form and uploaded under Additional documents tab & submitted it. I so hope they would consider this one and ignore the one that has pages missing. Your case gives me hope. Thank you for sharing this.

DQ'd today, just past midnight EST so technically 03/19. Docs were submitted 12/20.

Only your US visa sized pictures. Nothing else.

Hey guys, just wanted to know if anyone has had any DQs?

 

I see that the NVC is looking at cases submitted from the 21st December. My husband and I submitted ours on the 25th of December (after an rfe  ) and are hoping to have a notification within the next two weeks. Is this too optimistic?

I think you will get the notification by this week-end based on the most recent trend.

We just DQ'd today 🥰 Submitted 12/21, DQ 3/21 at 9:17 PM CST we got the email that we had DQ'd ❤️
I had been keeping track of all the December data on this thread and mine is the last one (not everyone on this list DQ'd it's just when they got a response)
