Our case status was changed from 'received' to 'actively reviewing by USCIS' on June the 21st.

It will be approved soon. Good luck :)

Aww...thank you.

Any update?

Nope. Nothing yet.

Do you have no update yet bro?

No. Sadly, it's still stuck at "actively reviewing..." status.

Oh boy ! Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it gets approved soon..

I hope it does.

Case was transferred to Texas and we didn't even know.

Oh god no!! Sorry to hear bro. It looks like TX processing is way longer. What state do you live in?

Texas.

I don't understand why VJ's timeline prediction is so poor. I mean it's useless.

This ridiculous prediction of VJ is just going backward.

I was just checking TX service center, they are reviewing I130 from October 2020 yet.

Oh my goodness! October's!? By the way, how do you check that?!

its on the USCIS website. time estimation.

Oh. I thought that's the NVC timeline. Please share the steps to check this timeline you are referring to.

TSC 10 Months to 13 Months U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 September 26, 2020

Cool

Congrats on your I130 approval! Did you file the I-129 as well?

Yes. We did. I129f on September 21st & it says case was received.

Did you receive your interview letter?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
