I was asking the same thing. My wife's( applicant) marriage certificate document has the translation first and   then the original. The police certificate and birth certificate has the original first. USCIS approved this in the i130 application with no issues.

Only time will tell. I am still waiting for them to review my documents. It's still at 'Submitted' status.

We originally submitted our documents to NVC on Sep 4 2021, got a notification that a birth certificate was rejected on Dec 2, 2021 and reaubmitted on the same day. We got DQ'd today! Just wanted to let December 2021 (re)submitters know!

Oh great! It's sad they take 3 more months to review the resubmitted documents. Why did they reject your birth certificate, if I may ask...

It was pur fault, our government issues two types of documents, one is called an international birth certificate (which we submitted) and another is called population registry (which they list in the Accepted Documents). It's our bad for not properly checking.

I submitted on Dec. 02, 2021.  Just became DQ on Friday.  Good luck!!

When you resubmitted your documents, did you resubmit under Additional documents or Required documents?
