So it won't affect the Visa process?

I do not see everything on here but I have certainly seen Content Creators and have not heard of any issues.

Work in the sex trade work could cause said worker's immigration visa to be denied.

People who are in a relationship or married, even if one of them has an OF it should not affect the visa, because it is common for people to have one from what I have seen on this forum?

I’ve not seen statistics that say it is common for prospective immigrants to have OF accounts.

Not just OF, even if one is flirting with someone in a real life doesn't disqualify one from the visa because infidelity, loyalty are never asked.

Regarding flirting online, i'd say that is no different than one of the couple watching porn n enjoying oneself!!

I do not know how common it is, but certainly not unknown.

I'm not certain that if an intending immigrant is an OF content creator that would bar them from entry. If you're selling pornographic or just sexy pictures/videos of yourself, you're not getting paid to have sex with someone (i.e., prostitution). You might be getting paid for that someone to have sex with themselves, but not with you.

If you have a problem with your fiance(e) making money through OF, that's another issue altogether. I know several people who do, and their partners are fine with it, but it would very much be a dealbreaker for me IF my partner hadn't cleared it with me first.

It was a common literary plot device in American sitcoms and movies through the early 1970s.  Searching the web, I see that it is still being used, but I don't watch much broadcast TV any more as I am on a fixed income and can only afford Prime and Netflix.

I know someone that actually had to pay out under the alienation of affection clause here in NC. It was like $50k he had to shell out

Can you get into trouble for talking to the opposite gender online if you're already with someone in a relationship. My partner cheated with other women online. When i entered the relationship it was 100 percent genuine, and things eventually broke apart and we are not close anymore, it is a long distance relationship. Is talking and flirting to the opposite gender online illegal in the US? The women who he was flirting with were not in the US. Is cheating illegal in the US? What if my partner flirted with someone online?

"Illegal"?  Like you expect the cops to arrest someone for that?

Haven't there been 90 Day Fiance characters who were 'cam-girls'?  Maybe that was just a Reddit rumor.

I just asked my wife. Apparently it IS a dealbreaker for her even if I asked her first. Anybody in the market for an unused halo lighting system?

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.
