Did you sign and date the cover letter and Form I-175 with a date equal or later than 11/13? If so, you'll be fine, given it got delivered on the 15th.

Hi! I signed and date the cover letter two days early 11/11, does that matter? omg I didn't know they will pay attention to the cover letter. Since it's not mandatory. However,  for the form I-751 i wrote an equal date which it's exactly on 11/13. Should I write the date later than 11/13??

I think you will be okay. The date of delivery and the date on the actual I-751 form is what matters.

Hello guys,

USPS Tracking shows that USCIS received my package today, I posted yesterday. What are the timeliness i should expect? Do you think they will withdraw the check this week?

Welcome to the group! Check out this spreadsheet to see what has been happening over the past couple months in regards to timelines (and you can add yourself to it too): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vonQCJgs9HODO2Y1DdSs3HNyL_FRnMfenlIeDQAUpWg/edit?usp=sharing 😊

It seems like things are moving quickly for checks to be cashed and receiving initial texts from USCIS. Personally my ROC package was delivered Nov 3, my credit card was charged Nov 9, and I got my texts from USCIS on Nov 10th. However, others seemed to get theirs in 2 days - super quick!

Got my NOA in the mail today with my 24 month green card extension! Now... more waiting!

On another note, I finally signed up for informed delivery last week and it is so helpful - I don't know why I waited until now to sign up for it.

Just saying hello, just mailed off our ROC package today via Priority Mail.  Nice to see some of the old folks from our K1 and AOS days are still around.

Hey guys, I'm planning to send our package next week and was wondering what shipping option you guys used. I'm trying to use USPS Priority mail. Did you guy use the small box or the envelop? I'm not sure if our package will be able to fit the envelop.

When we first sent our pacakage using fedex it was in two envelopes ( we cancelled that pacakge as it was having wrong money order. When we got it back the pages were ripped and damaged a little bit)

So now we sent it again using this folder we purchased from amazon. We pasted i 751 pacakge and A number on both the sides of this box/folder.

I used a priority mail flat rate medium box from USPS. My package didn’t fit any envelope so the employee suggested the box. Worked great!

Congrats,  but which NOA was that? NOA1 or NOA2? In other words, did you get the i-797 form along with the 24-month extension (both at once?)

The NOA1 (I-797) and the 24 month extension are one and the same. There is just a paragraph on the NOA1 about extending the expiration date by 24 months. Some people who filed earlier that received an 18 month extension are now receiving separate letters increasing the time to 24 months.

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.
