 I think their turnaround time is supposed to be 5-10 days, so you should have it early enough before your 90 days opens.

 

I ordered all of ours via post today.....printing it on the public dime 😉

I hope someone could advice me on here about my supporting evidence.

1. My husband does not have any address on his DL (he is military) not any other ID. Should I still enclosed mine?

2. We own a house but my husband bought it before we got married. I am not on the mortgage and we don't want to add me (unnecessary credit score hit). Should I explain the reason why I am not enclosing those as well or just leave it be? (seeing a Knome's list above freaked me out)

For context, please my checklist that I put so far:

Copy of Certified Marriage Certificate

Copy of CR driver’s licenses showing residence at current address

Copy of 2019 Tax Return Transcript

Copy of 2020 Tax Return Transcript

Copies of joint checking account statements

Copy of Motor Vehicle Titles showing USC and CR as joint owners

Copy of Motor Vehicle Insurance Identification Cards showing USC and CR as jointly insured

Copy of CR’s health insurance letter showing the CR as dependent effective from the date of marriage

Copy of CR’s retirement account fund (401k) showing USC as the primary beneficiary

electricity bill with both our names

water bill with both our names

spectrum bill with both our names

verizon bill with both our names

pictures

2 affidavits from friends

I know each case is different and each person would tell me different things when it comes to how much evidence they sent.

Hi everyone! We're about 20 days away from being able to file our ROC package. I'm so excited to be one step closer to never filing another USCIS form again haha. I'm almost done putting everything together, just waiting on a couple of documents and still need to print some pictures. Good luck and hopefully it's a speedy process for all of us!

We mailed our ROC packet yesterday and it was delivered to the Arizona lockbox today around 1PM CST. The damn thing weighed 5 pounds and cost $73 to overnight. Such a relief to have that part done and just hope there are no issues. Here's a couple of photos of the completed packet before I shipped it off:

Wow! That is super fast! Our ROC packages arrived at UCIS on the same day, I keep checking my credit card, but no pending charges yet!

Hopefully you get an update soon. I got the text and email notifications in the middle of the night. Our case is at the Texas service center (SRC).

Hey guys, just to update you: I submitted my ROC application package on 11/1 and received an SMS that it was received by them 3/11 (used FedEx, $61). It also shows on Case Tracker, which also says that they have already mailed receipt notice (I-797) by mail. Pretty impressive and fast so far; we are hoping they deduct the fee from the cheque soon.

I'm still waiting for their text/email and getting our check cashed. It's delivered on Nov 4. It's still nothing until now
