Received revocation notice for our I-130

So, I received a revocation notice for my husbands I 130. Anyone who has gone thru this, is it better to appeal or start all over and submit a new application? We have been going thru this process for 4 years now and are so frustrated and disappointed.

Do you mean the I-130 was revoked or that the IR1/CR1 visa was denied. 
 

If the latter was it denied at the interview or is the status of the visa application listed as refused?

It was revoked by USCIS. It was sent back to USCIS after being in AP for 2 years, received NOIR and responded in February, now received revocation notice.

Ok.  That is a severe result.  Depending on the reason for revoking an approved I-130 refilling or appealing won’t be of any use.  
 

What did the notice say?

Unless you can produce new info not considered in the decision, you're out of luck.  Not everyone is eligible for an immigrant visa, and sometimes the USC/LPR has to be the one to move.

That depends, entirely, on why the petition was revoked.  Unless the issue has been resolved, reapplying is futile.  In addition, you can only appeal an error by USCIS.  You, very possibly, have a case which is no longer DIY.  I gather, from previous posts, that this revocation is after you have already rebutted their initial NOIR.  Correct?

Tne NOIR gave u a chance to overcome the CO decision

you did respond  but your responses must not have had the needed proof to overcome the visa denial

in responding to a NOIR u don't just say "this is true"  u have to show proof a statement is false

example :

CO says u didn't meet in last 2 years before applying

so,  u send copy of boarding pass to his country along with photos of the 2 of u together during the visit (date stamped in a computer or cell phone is even better)

 

When u get the NOID,  the USCIS did not accept your answers to the NOIR as proofs

 

Appeal?  what would u do now to appeal? U did not show proof with the response to  the NOIR

BTW I did an appeal and in normal pre covid ,  it took over a year and the notice from the court said,  "marriage was declared bona fida so i could reapply"

but i had actual emails that showed proof of the 2 issues the CO had / emails that were sent back and forth to each other when we first started talking / things about what we each liked and disliked

 

 

U can reapply and try to overcome the issues or move to his country

I won my appeal

i reapplied and he is here 

its all on my timeline

 

but i had strong proof  

you have to respond to the CO issues with real proofs

After reading the letter, I think any appeal will be futile.  In the eyes of USCIS and DOS, there is very, very serious doubt about your relationship.  In my opinion, the best course of action is for you to relocate to your spouse's country, Pakistan, and live together as a married couple for a year....then resubmit your case again.  The only thing which can really resolve doubt about a relationship is more time actually spent together.  Good luck.  I hope it works out.

Reading between the lines it sounds that USCIS believes this is a money for green card scheme. I second the idea of you guys living together for a year before reapplying as I don't see any other way to prove this relationship is genuine.

Also, not an expert but hiding bars vertically rather than a few horizontal swipes is probably the best way to blur a bar code

Only issue with me moving to his country is that I have a small child, otherwise I would have moved there a long time ago.
