I-130 Approved!  Please celebrate with us!

July 13th-Submitted online and it went to Potomac Service Center.

Thursday, Nov 4th - Received email that our case was being Actively Reviewed.

Friday, November 5th (MY BIRTHDAY) - NOA2 - Approved

Monday, Nov 8th - received login to NVC & paid fees

Wed, Nov 10th - I submitted the I-864 (took 2 days to process payments and activate the link to submit docs)

Next...my husband is getting his UK police report in 1 week so he can submit the D260 - IV Application!

Processing times for NVC Creation is showing as 8 days, but ours was avaialble the next day.

Processing times for the NVC review (after all fees & documents submitted) is showing 58 days!

Good luck everyone!  I'm happy to share any info I have received from NVC.

Actually I had to look.  The I-797 for the Approval said it came from the California Service Center.

Hi, new here (again LOL, was a K1 applicant in 2019). As an LPR electronically filed I-130 for my minor son, on July 13, expected adjudication to take months if no years. Then suddenly approved Nov 15th, have no idea which center reviewed my case. So he is F2A category, and Final Action Date says Current. The kid's gonna turn 21 in three weeks, so aging out suddenly became a concern. Does it mean that NVC will proceed right away???

Noa1 was july 16 or 18. Can't remember exactly, (heart beating fast and hands are shaking cause I'm excited.) Case is actively being reviewed as of November 24th 2021. In Texas to my knowledge.  🥰

From what I've read from other people in this forum, you should start looking at the documents tab during this week, you might get something there....keep us posted on any news
