At NVC stage; I made a mistake on my DS260 and accidentally scroll in the box and selected another country and a police clearance was requested. I submitted supporting to indicate my husband didn’t live there and requested to open DS260. Waiting for a response or to be DQ.

Hello, can you help me with NVC, I made a mistake on my DS260, I scrolled into the selection box thinking I was scrolling down the page and changed my husband’s country under previous addresses from Liberia to Libya. That was the only place every where else states Liberia. A Police certificate was requested, I did indicate not available in CEAC and explained in the comment box that he never lived there and that was an oversight, is there something else I can do? I plan to submit a public inquiry. What document can I submit to prove that he wasn’t there and that was an error. Everywhere else indicate the correct country just one section of previous addresses.

Hello everyone, my husband and I were recently approved, I would like to prepared documents ahead of time. I have gathered that I need I864 (which one) if I do not need a sponsor should I use one to be safe. Right now is just our daughter and I and he will be the third person. I work two jobs? I know I have to print out and sign it if I do it electronically in black pen Tax documents( I compiled my tax papers from 2019-2021 in one document, will that be ok? W2- I also compiled W2 from 2019-2021 in one document Passport Bio page- Petitioner passport Bio page - Beneficiary Passport Size picture- 2 for my husband and 2 for me Driver License or Utility Bill Police clearance- my husband got one June last year, will we need one with 2022 date? Husband Birth certificate marriage certificate Pictures of our wedding and other supporting evidence am I missing anything. Also how do I pay the fee? Is it an electronic bank transfer?

Thank you everyone. I just have a few questions to reduce my anxiety for the next stage. What documents do I need to have prepared? I saved my tax return documents transcript from 2019-2021. I will be saving my W2s from those year as well. How much are the fees at the NVC stage? Is the Affidavit of Support form on USCIS website? I know I’ve to upload similar evidence I did during the USCIS stage, are there anything else.
