The US embassy does not operate per European law.   And definitely not the USCIS and NVC.

If you are asked about a previous petitions, you have to reveal it.

LOL.

No, you cannot.

Anyway, the USC cannot even submit the petition until you are legally married.  You have a long road ahead.

I don't think you understand how this works, or the difference between CR1 and IR1.

Anyway, it all starts with a petition by your US citizen spouse before you can apply for any type of visa.  It will take years.

A K-1 can be withdrawn, but your immigration history is on your PERMANENT RECORD.  It cannot be erased.

Its not like clearing your browser history or emptying your computer trash....They will always have your details...in fact the US immigration is built around collecting every information possible from visitors, students ,all sorts of visa and immigrants ...plus their petitioners (that's where they catch us for tax evasion)....So if you have pending K1 you can only tell them you no longer interested in K1 and they with withdraw it. (but its a permanent record as someone already stated). Then proceed with Spousal visa after marriage.

If you have been married for less that 2 years when your spousal visa is issued, you will get a CR1 visa , and if you have been married for 2 years or more, you will get IR1 visa.

Good luck to you and yours truly. Go  and sin no more!

Had to read thru your former posts to see u are the beneficary and a K1 was denied

u ask to withdraw information from  embassy / embassy no longer has your info

USCIS does here in the states

and u can not do anything , even to withdraw the K1 ,   (which is sent back and allowed to die)  the USC has to

now,  Lagos said "too married for K1"  as there were the "traditional "    party for meeting all family

that is often considered a marriage ceremony in  Nigeria and we see this all the time

only thing that can be done now is by the USC if she wants to continue with the relationship/  she can return and marry ,  get the marriage certificate and apply for a CR1

u ask how can i get a marriage certificate from your party? u can't if u said "only an engagement party" as that would mean lying  on the K1 application

a new ceremony must take place
