You just need to ask to talk to a live agent, and then you ask the agent what SC is processing your case

No not at all and I am not exactly sure why mine had been moved (I can think of  bunch of reasons like location of move and the fact i have an expired green card). Yours may not be in Potomac either -

My case was approved today. Hopefully you are all getting your approvals soon.   IR1 - Texas Center NOA 1 - June 24, 2021 NOA 2 -  May 12, 2022

Spoke to Ask Emma today and found out we are actually at Vermont and not Nebraska per our NOA1. Not sure if it's a positive or negative change.
