Hi 

I filed online Feb 9th 2021 for my spouse - NOA1 immediately online from Nebraska SC, later found out via AskEmma Live Chat that I'm actually at Texas SC, online it switched to 'actively reviewing on April 9th - no updates since.

Not a June filer here but wanting to follow this thread to see how everyone's progressing 

& if anyone has seen a progress thread from people who filed Jan-March 2021 please drop me the link!

Nope nothing yet. Last update is still: "Your Case is being Actively Reviewed since November 12th, 2021"

Hi all! I'm a June filler and I want to share my update: I received RFE a month ago for the form I130A (not signed and it doesn't was the lastest version, there is a new one from July). I switched to AOS, I think that was the reason for the request of the sign although when we sent it I was overseas.

I-130 submitted June-21-2021

Receipt came immediately but has June-22-2021.

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS July-8-2021

Waiting for Approval...

I spoke with Live Agent today and just found that my case is at Texas. All this time I thought it was at Nebraska. Nebraska is what's on my receipt. OMG!!

Hello Jay. Did you get any update on your case. Did your status change from " Being Actively Reviewed" ? .Mine is "Being Actively Reviewed" Since Nov,9 2021.
