    Same here! I got RFE because I didn't upload my divorce decree. RFE August 12th. I submitted the RFE same day and also submitted an inquiry on August 12th. I got DQ today October 7th. Hoping interview date will be fast because our priority date is June 21th. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

    "My thoughts "-> if she has or has not been to USA, they should already know. So just make sure you are taking the right decision. Submit different pictures of the child (mostly birthdays, 1 year, 2 years...). If the child has started schooling, include documents that would show it. Also include any significant events. Write a letter addressing to the embassy or consulate stating things you don't have and reasons you don't have them.

    Henry to USCIS-OIDP Redacted.pdf Here you go. I have written this kind of letter three times. first one in 2019 and it had 2 page. Just say that to say you could add as much as you want.

    Yes, you can write a letter and explain why you can't provide certain documents, and yes it will be fine. This is not my first time writing like that, and I was actually advised by uscis agent to write letter when I don't have anything.

    I have attached a screenshot. The Red indicates files/information that i gave uscis. Note: I also wrote a letter to USCIS indicating while I can't provide the some other documents like Joint insurance, joint lease. As my spouse doesn't have ssn yet.
