No not at all and I am not exactly sure why mine had been moved (I can think of  bunch of reasons like location of move and the fact i have an expired green card). Yours may not be in Potomac either - its worth checking online with the live agent.

Btw you asked some questions on another thread and went through the same process as you beforehand so let me know if you need any answers to your qs!

Hi all, We also filled in June. We filled online and received NOA1 on June 7th. The notice said Nebraska but sounds like a lot of peoples have been transferred so need to check in to see if ours have moved as well. I also had an expired greencard so interested to see if that impacts time frames but expect not.

Hello Everyone....My wife filed our petition through the Mail on August 16, 2021 through the Phoenix lock box and she got a notice of receipt this morning. I attached the screenshot of the USCIS text massage. Please, my questions are as follow:

1. How do we know the Priority date? Is it the date the notice if receipt was sent or the day the NOA1 gets issued

2. How long after the notice of receipt should we expect the NOA1 in the mail?

3. When can we confirm from USCIS where our file is being treated, after receiving the NOA1 in the mail or otherwise?

Thanks for your help with these questions.

Hey - I was wondering if you have had any word back on this? I have an expired conditional green card and my case was transferred to Nebraska but haven't heard anything yet. We filed mid June

No not heard anything back yet. Looking at other peoples timelines I don't think many people who filed in June have heard back yet.

My NOA1 has Nebraska service center return address. Upon inquiring via emma chat i got to know that it's being processed at Texas service center.

I found out the sametjing last week. Nebraska on NO1 then transfered to Texas. After updating my timeline, my estimated approval date Isabella the same as before.

Erslan you should fill out your timeline. It is helpful for you and everyone else.

Hi everyone,

My sister is going to file I-130 for her spouse. She only has US passport to prove her US Citizenship. Is a copy of US passport enough to file I-130? She doesn't have Certificate of Citizenship or Naturalization Certificate.
