I suggest you send none with the I-129f.  Calling @payxibka, an expert in this area.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

That is way too much. I guarantee you NOBODY will read that. It is the weakest evidence and, dare I say it, the most useless. Even one screenshot per month is too much. I included zero chat logs both at USCIS and consulate levels and was just fine because of other high quality evidence.

How do screenshots prove a face to face meeting?

The best evidence you can provide is that of time actually spent together.....not video or texting.

None here.

Well, since you are going for it, you can send 1 or max 2 phone size screenshots  per month, include some with call duration.. Try to fit them so multiple screenshots are on one A4 paper. This kind of 'evidence' is more likely to be required at interview stage as proof of ongoing relationship. In the initial petition they only care about certain documents+ proof of meeting in 2 year period before filing.

Be careful what you send, I think I read somewhere that couple had problems at interview because they called each other hubby/wifey in texts, and consulate did not like that at all :O..

Boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel and/or other receipts and four or five captioned photos of us together are all that I sent. I'm not as old as Payxibka but my wife and I have a larger than "normal" age difference ;-). No issues.

This is the link to the South Africa forum here:

https://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.php?country=South+Africa

I would go there and ask questions about what helped others there get through the process. "Frontloading" is appropriate for some embassies because they have a high fraud rate and more evidence sent with the initial 129-F is helpful. I am not sure if South Africa is one of those countries. Best to ask in the regional forum.
