We have not received anything from USCIS. The last thing we received were the I-797 NOA and they returned our Photo Album. People on here advised us not to re-submit the album. Calling USCIS is near impossible. They make you speak to machine and it won't allow you to wait on hold. I don't know what else to do nor do I know what is going on.

on the case status this is what it said: sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

What do do now?

Anyone else on the same boat?

Current Timeline:

08/26/2020 - Mailed via USPS the form i-751 to Az address

08/28/2020 - Delivered to USCIS

09/02/2020 - Photo Album was rejected and returned.

09/12/2020 - CC payment taken.

09/13/2020 - Received text msg with the Receipt #

09/25/2020 - Received i-751 NOA

You can call them and said “Infopass “ they will let you talk with USCIS Tier 1 agent in 5-10 minutes.
we have to lie that we need inforpass so they will let’s us talk with real agent.

That is awesome 😁, I believe my fingerprints were also applied on 10/15/2020, atleast that is what the online notifications says. Lol. 😃

My case is also at Nebraska Service center. Hopefully they will process our cases soon. I am still waiting for my notification letter in the mail though.

Just got my approval today. Maybe you did, too! Fingers crossed 🤞
