Anyone here with divorce waiver received case ready to be scheduled for interview and was approved? 5 days after I received a notice saying my case has been transferred to another uscis, I checked my status online and it says ready to be scheduled for interview. Just want to know if the interview can be waived and get approval without going for interview. Anyone with such experience?

I applied for i751 after being divorced in January 2018, in Jun of 2019 (a year and a half leter) got a new status saying "we send your case to the new office that has jurisdiction over your case so into you can be scheduled" 24 days after that status it changed to "were  ordered a new card for case number...." Then 5 days later I got my 10 year GC in into my mailbox

You can not have an ROC waived, USCIS can waive it and often does, but it is totally up to the officer handing your case and policy regarding an interview. If you arrived in the USA and got a green card on arrival you will be interviewed by USCIS for sure.

You will likely have an interview so you will need to wait for your local USCIS field office to schedule one.

Finally approved today, after waiting without news for the better part of a year.
Whew! I was wondering if they had actually forgotten about us!

Any SRC filers still waiting?  Anybody do a case inquiry?  My case was transferred to NBC to speed things up in October but still nothing.

I had read that you still use the original office date for inquiry and was wondering if anyone had tried that since being transferred.

I’m also MSC. I received the biometrics letter a couple of weeks ago.

Applied in August 2020. We still haven't gotten any biometrics letter and our appointment was cancelled without any reasons.Talked to a live agent and they said the following:

The system shows biometrics were scheduled for 07/02/2021 for 9:00 AM . That appointment has been cancelled for reasons unknown to me. Please continue to wait for an ASC Appointment Notice or you may receive Form I-797, Notice of Action from USCIS indicating that your previously collected biometrics may be reused.

The biometrics letter got lost in the mail because they sent it to my old address despite me changing the address.

now I don’t know what to do and can’t reach anybody in the phone, so can I just walk-in without the appointment letter ? Please help
