To remove condition from your green card , you need two years of college/university degree in US.

I just received my original documents in the mail today for my ROC. Last update on the USCIS website was July 2020 showing my fingerprints from my green card interview had been used. Hoping this means they are finally working on my case

There is no such requirement as per USCIS. That above statement is false or misleading as per my knowledge and USCIS rules.

I just came out of my interview, conditions removed, baby! 

That was a fantastic interview all and all, honestly. couldn't be more impressed with USCIS San Antonio

So I managed to finally speak to an actual human at uscis today. I was told that my service center (Potomac) processing time is 20.5 - 24.5 months for removal of conditions. I’ll be at 24.5 months at the end of July so fingers crossed I should have some news soon. 
 

Fun fact for anyone wanting to speak with a human but can’t get through the automated service, just say “request infopass” and you are immediately put in the queue to speak with an agent. Learned this from Reddit today after dozens of calls trying to speak to an actual person.

I don’t sorry, they just told me 20.5 - 24.5 months processing time for Potomac.

You can also say technical support and you will be connected to a rep.

I just found out yesterday that my 10 year green card was approved. Took around 22 months, no interview required.
