  1. thank you everyone for replies. i heard everyone and i decided to pay it online. bring the receipt and ticket to oath ceremony. i will also mark "YES" to citation question on the form so i will mention this on my form. does this plan makes sense? would this make a mistake? do i have to reach out to court or police department to make sure system is updated with my payment before the oath? thank you agian if you can reply.
  2. Hi Folks, after a painful and long journey i'm so close to be done but i'm worried about one thing. This forum helped me a lot so please provide help if you can. Thank you in advance. I passed my interview last month and my oath will be next week. Today I recieved a traffic citation (I wasn't pulled over) about turning right on red light... It says "NOTICE OF VIOLATION - AUTOMATED RED LIGHT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM - .... "Your vehicle was turning right on red light and not being operated in careful and prudent manner" It also says "This is a non-criminal infraction of state law". STATE IS FLORIDA. I have option to pay (less than $200) online. I want to pay online and not fight because not sure if fighting it will cause delay. Will this affect my oath? Oath ceremony has a form that says "have you been cited since your interview..." and I will have to say yes to it. Any similar experience or suggestion? Thank you if you can help.
  3. @mindthegap looking at your signuture and timeline and i'm curious why you did not apply for another n400 after first denial?
  4. Thank you and i'm facing this hard truth and I'll do my best to leave this behind but I was just told by another person that my n400 will be denied because my i751 is divorce waiver and it is pending. Is that true? This is what another user said and I was hoping this is not true.
  5. i hope this will make it clear. If this makes sense, i will make it in one post and only ask questions there. 1 - Married US citizen spouse in 2016 and got conditional green card. (it was a real marriage) 2 - filed I751(FIRST) to remove conditions in 2018. 3 - Marriage falled apart and started counseling etc.During this time, while i751 was pending, applied n400 under 3 year rule while married and living together. (We were living together and working on marriage) 4 - I had to go to n400 interview alone since spouse went to her parents house and I said the truth during interview and officer said I need to submit divorce decree in 90days or everything will be denied. 5 - Filed divorce but during covid things took long and USCIS denied my i751. And also denied n400. 6 - Divorce became final and i recieved denial letter for both i751 and n400. then I filed second I751 WITH DIVORCE WAIVER by myself in JUNE 2020. 7 - Became eligible to file n400 under 5 year rule and filed n400 in JANUARY 20210 Now my second n400 and i751(divorce waiver) both pending. Makes sense? i hope I was able to explain and sorry for misunderstandings. hoping I can get answer
  6. That's also what I thought. I filed I751 Divorce waiver(June 2020) after I got divorce and then I filed n400 under 5 year rule 6 months later.(January 2021) Do you also think my n400 will get denied? or I'll have issues? I thought many people are in this situation
  7. I'm confused by all the statements you made. Not sure how you sounded so sure about these. But please clarify if you can. I did not file my SECOND n400 under 3 year married rule. I filed it under 5 year rule. My first n400(filed under 3 year rule) got denied then i filed it again under 5 year rule when I became eligible again. So as of today, I have second N400 pending with 5 year rule. AND a second i751 WITH divorce waiver. How did I waste my money twice? Why is my second n400 or I751 getting denied? I know it is true that until I751 (with OR without divorce waiver) gets approved first, n400 cannot be approved but they do it in order when you have combo interview. Does anybody else agree that my n400 will be denied because I have a divorce waiver I751 that is pending?
  8. my motivation in life is so low due to stress USCIS brought in my life. i know stress can't help but i can't break the cycle. i don't know what i could expect next - i tried info pass, congressman, online message. nothing works. requested FOIA and now waiting for them to send me results. it is in last step. i don't know why people applied MONTHS after me already took their oath but i don't even have i751. some say i751 delays n400 some says it helps. i can't figure out what is true. not sure what it would help.
  9. i understand and sorry for mess if i created. i just can't find any help or money to talk to lawyers. its just hard to be alone in this. i requested FOIA because that's what people said it would help. it was completed yesterday and i didn't receive an interview.
  10. my first i751 and n400 were both denied together because of divorce. my divorce took a while. after the denial, i got divorced and filed a new i751 (june 2020) then with the 5 year rule, i filed second n400 (january 2021) as far as i know i'm not in removal proceedings now i have i751 and n400 pending. i751 never got transferred after n400. both cases show fingerprints taken as last update. i hope i cleared the confusion. i'm depressed and broken. thanks for any insight.
  11. i am waiting since june 2020 potomac. last update fingerprints taken. i also have n400 pending since january 2021. and i don't know which one is blocking the other.
  12. Hi everyone, i wanted to connect with people in similar experience. i filed i751 after divorce in june 2020. potomac. i filed n400 in january 2021. many people filed n400 MONTHS after me already became citizen. I was told they put me in line for interview for n400 in january but nothing most people's i751 got transferred after they fill n400 but mine didn't get transfer short story: i751 pending for 21 months - last update: fingerprints taken n400 pending for 14months. - last update: fingerprints taken i am convinced my i751 is delaying n400 combo interview. anyone in same situation? or knows anything about what to do or expect?
  13. I didn't hear anything after my biometrics reuse since february 2021. I also have a pending i751(june 2020) anyone in similar situation? location: tampa i'm not sure what is delaying my application. maybe i751 is delaying my n400? any thoughts?
  14. hi folks, i think my i751 waiver is delaying my n400. my n400 is pending for 14months(tampa) and i'm waiting for interview. i don't know why and i'm depressed. my i751 didn't get transferred. (june 2020 filler). last update was fingerprints taken. any idea what is happening and what should i do or expect? any similar experiences?
