does anyone know if the executive order will affect the people who already got their visas but still stuck overseas? my fiance got it 2 months ago and she got stuck bc of the corona thing

She's done with the immigration part for now. She just has to get here. She'll be be fine once she does.

I cannot wait for the airlines to reopen so i can book her a ticket. the her first flight got canceled already march 24th.

I honestly don’t think they can cancel petitions, especially when people have already paid a pretty significant amount of money in fees.
