😂Don’t mind me. I’m a K1 applicant. Just grasping at straws here and hoping for the best until tonight! Just like you and everyone here I am waiting and seeing. Crossing my fingers for everyone here! 

K1s are interesting since they are technically a non-immigrant visa hence the DS160, but at the consulate stage they are treated as an IV family based.  Everything is complete speculation at this point, but signs seem to be pointing toward employment based visas being most impacted.  I certainly hope that anything coming from this EO is short lived.

They are not technically LPRs, they are actual LPRs and based on everything so far, they have been allowed to return to the US.

The suspension applies to individuals seeking permanent status and will last 60 days. After 60 days, it will be reevaluated.

possibly, its still not defined clearly and thats because to the majority of people this doesnt really affect them. Looks like we`ll have to wait until we see whats put into law.

Interesting. That would then NOT include K1-visas? Such a turn in events. Now the question is how this effects reality. Will ALL processing stop (USCIS and DOS workers furloughed) or does processing continue but no visas are being issued?
