Received ASC Appointment Notice today. Appointment is for next week. 

My letter took 11 days to reach me via USPS First Class, so mail is moving more slowly through the country.

File on April 13 , got NOA in early May. After that, no update anymore. I am in Houston, TX. Does anyone in Houston has the same situation? I am expecting my biometrics.

Receipt date: 13 April and got NOA on 7 May, Houston TX... Still waiting for biometrics

Hey guys, just an update that I received the physical EAD card in the mail today!!! Here is my timeline:

4/29 NOA 

6/10 Expedite requested on the phone with Tier 1 agent

6/11 Expedite Request Denied due to missing biometrics

 

Few days later we contacted our congressman for help 

7/6 Expedite Request Approved 

7/7 EAD/AP Approved 

8/17 Biometrics Completed / same day case changed to New Card Being Produced

8/19 Card Mailed

8/22 Received the physical card in my mail box 🎉

Does anyone know if my husband can move his belongings down to the US once he get his EAD & SSN? We don’t want to pay to move his stuff to the border only to get turned away.

Has anyone got their EAD ready to be produced or approved for April Filers who didnt ask for an expedite? My case status changed on the I485 to ready be scheduled for interview, but still nothing on EAD other than As of August 13, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number.

We have “EAD card produced” as of yesterday. But no changes to our AOS, it still says “Biometrics scheduled” and the AP just says case received. We didn’t expedite.
