I was scheduled for a March 23, 2020 interview but it got cancelled on the 19th of March.

So how would we "work to push USCIS and Consulates to clear the log jam"?

Its certainly been pushed back for us, all submitted Nov 19

 

I-313 AP was from the 1st of March to 31st bu now pushing up and currently upto April 8th

I-765 Work Authorization Again due by the end of the month currently by April 11th

 

Green card is anyones guess been sitting on Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview since Jan

 

I suspect these will be pushed even further back ovet the coming weeks

Hi my case have been impacted with covid-19. I have been waiting for a year now and even though  I am a us citizen my case has been delaying for so long now.

07/19/22 - Filed I-751 and Received by USCIS

07/21/22 - NOA1 for I-751

08/21/23 - I-751 interview waived at N-400 interview

08/23/23- Approved!
 

Work Permit / Advance Parole Renewal (APPROVED & Received) in 72 Days.

Adjustment of Status (APPROVED & Received) in 374 Days!

Work Permit / Advance Parole (ExpeditedAPPROVED) in 109 Days.

K1 Visa Process (APPROVED & PoE) in 353 Days.

Our interview was scheduled for March 26th. It got cancelled on March 18th. They didn't mention that they cancelled it for covid-19 reason. The USCIS wrote in the cancellation notice that the interview has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. This is the third time our AOS interview has been cancelled since January this year.

Please is there anyone who did his/her interview before trump IV ban that has gotten their visa issued after submitting additional documents? Mine was Feb 10th still on administrative processing. Anyone here with same issue?

anyway my wife spousal visa expires at jul2,2020. I pray that my wife and daughter gets here before it expires.🙏🏽
