Hello everyone. I just submitted my N-400 online 😃

It was very easy and user-friendly to do it online. I uploaded the required documents and some evidence.

My ROC still showing the same status since last year, fingerprints were taken.

what documents are needed to submit. I am planning to submit within two weeks but no clue what they will require..

Anyone from Atlanta field office got an interview recently?

Hey there! So my I-751 status changed on March 10th and it says that it's ready to be scheduled for the interview (I filed on April 25th 2020). Now I also have N-400 pending as of April 25th 2021. Initially I was SRC and then it said that my case was transferred to another office but didn't say which one and when I called the agent said that it was still at the Texas Center, which shows processing times 4- 10.5 months now (so mine's been processing over a year). I saw someone's interview being scheduled after a month their status changed. I'm worried that now that I have N-400 submitted they might just try to do a combo interview (which I would much rather do) but then it will get pushed back again? My status extension expires in December and my International Passport expires then as well so I have to renew that ASAP but cuz of Covid it's nearly impossible to schedule an appointment at the Russian consulate these days so I am super worried that my extension will expire while my passport is being renewed so I won't be able to get another extension stamp and renew my DL.

They require to upload back and front of your green card, proof of your spouse's US citizenship, marriage certificate, and tax returns for the last 3 years. Those are the required ones. And they will give you the option to upload evidence of your relationship. I uploaded a joint bank account statement, health insurance card, car insurance, car lease and mortgage. Good luck!

Mine has been ready to be scheduled for an interview since November, also I recently filed my N400 on 04/26/2021 so all we can hope for is our n400 get processed fast and then they have to adjudicate the I751 at the same time.

I think you can get an extension on your expired passport, and then you renew your passport, but let's hope that things will get moving before December!.

When you are waiting for any information or movement on your I-751 and receive something from USCIS in the mail and realise it is the NOA for your N-400 not anything to do with the I-751, yay it came quickly but also disappointed it isn't info for the I-751...... waiting waiting waiting

You can order (for free) tax transcripts directly from the IRS. These are summaries of tax returns and are said to be preferred by USCIS.

I have always only included the the first two pages. I file with TurboTax. So it states on the front both names and the first page highlights it filed jointly. But always take the whole packet to the interview just in case.

Request for IRS tax transcripts, either online or by mail. Lesser pages.

No I didn't, they never asked for it for me as the US spouse. I know people have asked about passports but it wasn't asked for so I din't include it. I can include it later as they have a place to upload extra info or just take it to the interview. For my husband it was only the green card both sides, never asked for ID either.
