Just a bit more info after going to the USCIS website case tracker.. I received the notifications by text LAST night not tonight 🤦🏿‍♂️ should've read 4/2 not 4/3

the I-765 was received 3/26

the I-131 was received 3/26

the I-485 was received 4/1... my guess is this is why the the notifications came on the 2nd? because they need to process the fee for the forms before notifing?

hope this helps others... i'm sure yours are all coming very soon!

yayyy congratulations! Now my paranoia about a second rejection will be super high until I hear something!!! Did you see your fee go through yet?

yep, they cashed the cheque yesterday!

I was beginning to worry myself that they would reject it or i would be waiting a month or so due to COVID19.  Hopefully they actually manage to process things much quicker.

I'm sure yours is coming any day now!

I’m still paranoid about our filing.. not reciept or money taken as yet and they received it on 24/3..

our case was at NVC stage with an approved immigration petition..

so no idea how AOS will be processed now.. our USCIS case tracked is closed because the petition is still with NVC not USCIS so case tracker isn’t working for us..

I'm so happy many of you are getting the NOA from USCIS! I sent mine on 03/10 and they haven't cashed the check yet so obviously the letter is not in the near future. I wonder how they process the applications since I see many of you sent the application later than me and got their NOAs already 🤔 I hope mine won't be returned. I compared my checklist/info with people that have been accepted on this thread and I should be more than fine. Well, CONGRATS! 😃

You are about due for your numbers provided you submitted everything  correctly. Give it a solid 30 WORKING  days before you freak! You'll be fine. Look for your numbers in the midnight hour, they can come late or early depends how you look at it. Don't  worry they'll get your money too!

Even pre-COVID-19, it wasn't uncommon for it to take nearly the full 30 days USCIS gives itself (that's how long they want you to wait before contacting lockbox support) to generate a NOA1 and case # and take your money.

I had up until 11th April for my package to be received by USCIS.  My AOS package was delivered and signed for on 1st April.

I haven’t as yet received a text/email to say it’s been received and payment hasn’t been made.

Am feeling all sorts of emotions now!
