I had my noa2 on the 25th of march.

 

My paperworks for the italian embassy are all ready (luckily i prepared them before the lockdown). 

My boyfriend in the states is preparing his paperworks to send to me... doeas he has to mail them to me or he can just scan them and send them with an email?

And the affidavit of support... i didn't understand if i have to file only the i-134 or even the 1-864 form.....

The I-134 the petitioner completes and can be scanned and emailed to you for printing for the eventual presentation at your interview. The I-864 is completed during AOS after marriage so nothing to do with this form at this time.

 

Don't forget the beneficiary must complete the DS-5540 form for the interview. This is a new requirement.

any suggestion for good health insurance for a visa k1 fiance?

While traveling you can get a short term policy. Search the internet for available companies that offer this.

 

Once they arrive in the states then you can get a SSN for them and put them on your employers health policy after marriage.

 

If you need temporary coverage you could look at Obama Care.

What a bummer that we wait all this time to get here, and now it feels like a complete standstill. I hope everyone stays safe and healthy and this passes as soon as possible.

A question for the experts 😄

 

I logged into UStravelDocs to start on our DS160. It appears as though everything was saved from last time and I don’t have to actually fill anything out, just make the payment. My only concern is that the AA number from our first DS160 is still in there. Will that be an issue later?
