I had no ill intentions with my question, just looking to understand. Thank you again and I apologize for wasting your time.

If you were wasting my time, I wouldn't have helped you. But because indicated what embassy you were going to interview with, I was able to help. If you hadn't indicated I could only assume by your profile that it was going to be Portugal. So, no harm done. I explained to you why I asked you to complete your profile with accurate information so we could all be correct to which embassy to help you. All embassies have different instructions. Again, you do as you please I will as well. Don't take it personally that I asked you because I asked just about everyone to complete their profile. You were not singled out. Over the 6 years I have been here, I have posted over 30K answers to questions. The two things that help me to be accurate, and other "helpers" is to know your timeline, and your embassy. I'm just saying. Best of luck to you.

The first place you should look for an answer to your question is do what I would do and that is go to the source, NVC website.

Here you go for the P3.

Get the Juarez K1 Embassy instructions at http://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/K1/CDJ - Ciudad Juarez.pdf (Spanish) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cBWgGJr4a5ay3b4OV28_dC3pgf63ZUr-/view?usp=sharing (English) as this is your bible needed to complete and receive your visa. The required documents are included and use this website as a checklist. Once you have completed or gathered the required documents you'll be ready for your interview.

Last but not least, READ the pages on the US Embassy website for you country so that you are up to speed.

http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/

https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-Mx/iv

One last place to check for information would be the VJ Wiki found here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Special:AllPages

This is a very detailed and well thought out map to find many of the different locations you will need to visit for your visa. I would like to give credit to the author Stfiii at https://www.visajourney.com/profile/210028-stfiii/

She writes: Please enjoy this custom Map I made in Google to share with the community members who will be going to the American Consulate in Juarez.

https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=z0e2ZFE5NX5k.kNz6Hugk8RNE&usp=sharing

You will find highlighted areas that shows the Clinica Medica Internacional, American Consular, ASC (Application Service Center) Groceries, Walmart, Costco, Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Museums etc...- are all at.

These are items that everyone asks for, so I thought I just post a PDF of them here for you to refer to when it's necessary. If you are new to this thread please read as these are most asked questions multiple times.

@Greenbaum I'm recommending you make an adjustment to your 'tips and hacks' PDF. The NVC screenshot has the same person listed as the principal applicant and the petitioner. The principal applicant would be Donna, not John, as per the instructions underneath the box as that's the person who will be moving to the States (correct me if I'm wrong). Could be confusing to others.

Thanks for the catch. I'll have it updated on the next release.

Good morning everyone,

We're finally here and couldn't be happier! Obviously I'm starting over at square one, so that's where I started. Dowloaded the PDF and found the package for Ukraine. First step-First question..and I apologize if this is redundant but I didn't quite see the answer in the thread.

Sign up for email from NVC: Do I do this right now before I get hard copy of NOA2?

The purpose seems to be to update both of our email addresses, but the example shown as well as the NVC page, only gives one box for my email. Am I missing something to add hers as well? Or do I just enter both addresses in "Your Email Address"?

Again, I apologize for not seeing this info if it's there. I know a lot of questions are asked repeatedly and can get exhausting for @Greenbaum! I've said it before and I'll say it again, you provide a great service with your patience and information here. We really appreciate it!

Thanks!

You submit the email to NVC after you have been notified with your NOA2.

If you look at "the BOX" (in the center of the form) that is where you enter the petitioner's email, DOB and the beneficiary's just below the petitioners with their personal information. See the example.

If you go back and reread that section, I tried to do the best I could to explain it so their were no ambiguity as to what I was trying to show. If for some reason you see a need for me to change something to make it much more clearer, please pass it forward and I can make the changes. I had someone this morning catch something that I missed on this form and that is the "principle" is the beneficiary and NOT the petitioner as I have it in the example.

Thanks for using the PDF.
