Yeah I saw their transfer statement Here It says cases are being transferred out of Nebraska to Potomac, Texas, California & Vermont but not into Nebraska - I guess that’s why we are confused.

Do you know where it says that cases are being transferred into Nebraska?

To clarify - our I-130 is for CR-1

Thanks!

Called this morning and found we are Potomoc.... Happy with that.

That is a good sign! We got transferred to Potomac from Nebraska a few days after we filed our I-130 online. On April 9th we already got an RFE!  Along with others, recent IOE filers are getting extremely quick approvals with Potomac!

Just got Potomac as well. Filed online on 2/18 and just got the NOA1 today! Anyone else hearing mailing in I-485 as well?

Does i-485 have to be submitted at the same time or can it be done later?

I submitted it later after I have received the I-130's NOA1 (which was only a few days after since we filed that online). We just included that case number in our i-485 application!

Just got the NOA2 for our case.

NOA1: February 4th

NOA2: April 28th

Service Center: Potomac, but originally Texas. I didn't know it had gotten transferred until today.

Filed Online

We will not be continuing with this I-130, because we filed the I-130 again with our local embassy two weeks ago, and my husband's visa has already been approved. Just thought I'd share the knowledge, for those who are still waiting :)

I doubt this made much difference, but I did request an expedite on the case. However, when they requested evidence, I didn't send any in, because we already had our second I-130 filing appointment at the embassy, through DCF.

We received NOA 1 pretty quickly and then all this virus mess really set in in March. I know offices were closed to the public, but they were still working on limited staff. Have any other February filers seen any movement at all since receiving NOA 1? I’m starting to worry something is wrong or I didn’t do something right. The waiting is so hard!

Received this today!  We filed February 19 so I wasn't expecting this so fast.

Thank you for your interest in immigrating to the United States of America. The Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC) received your approved immigrant visa petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC's role is to ensure you are prepared for your immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General, and to schedule your interview appointment.

Is this normal progress?

Congratulations! We filed February 19 as well, so hoping we’ll hear something soon!

February 19 here, too. Potomac SC. Daniel & Marie, which SC was processing your petition? It can literally be anytime, now.
