Hello,

I just received notice that our I-130 was approved on May 6.  Texas service center.  Exactly 90 days from when we submitted our petition.

Edit:  Does anyone know about how long the NVC process takes?

My priority date is 2/4/2020 case started out in Texas service center then transferred to California service center Feb 23. I am a US citizen and filed K3 Visa still nothing. California does not have a time for USC filing for spouse. I hope to get an approval this month. BTW congrats to the approved Feb 2020 filers.

Hi guys,

We filed online on February 3rd and our NOA1 stated that we received Texas as our service centre.

We just found out today that we were transferred to Nebraska service centre on February 23rd and we are a little confused - has anyone heard this happen to anyone else?

Yes, I have the exact same solution. NOA shows Taxes which is the right service center for my State, however, when I  made a service request I got a response from Nebraska. Hmmm... confused as well, I contacted them and it was confirmed that my case is currently at Nebraska, though it wasn't transferred.

I don’t think the service centres are assigned by the area you live in.

For what it’s worth, we were approved in 92 days in total after being transferred to Nebraska. Processing times are all over the place at the moment - good luck, and hope you are approved soon!

We just got approved yesterday! NOA1 2/9/20 from Potomac with a transfer to Vermont at some point. I saw date changes on 5/1 and 5/19, but wasn't really checking any earlier than that. No RFEs

Our I-130 has been submitted!!!!

I submitted online as well. When you sent your RFE, did you include a signature page or just a note indicating that the form was submitted online?

How do you find out  your case was "touched" ?

An updated date will show up when you log into the USCIS account, above where it says in process, case is being reviewed.
