Same here! It said Nebraska and now its Potomac. 
It sucks as Potomac has more waiting time period

Hello, all. Just got approved with Potomac yesterday after filing on July 15th. We received this message

 

On May 26, 2021, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number, and sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in your notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by June 25, 2021, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

Any idea how long it takes to get to the NVC stage from here?

I signed in and nothing.

If you just filed the petition 2 days ago the "action" would be USCIS receiving your case, and there should be a NOA1 receipt notice under the documents tab.

I recently received an RFE from USCIS. When I try to respond to the request, I get the error below. Anybody else experienced it before? Is there a  way around it other than physically mailing in the evidence?

You can keep trying to upload your response.  But whether it eventually works or not, I strongly recommend you also respond to the RFE via mail within the deadline indicated in the letter.

i applied on May 31. 

I got a letter email today for applying, notice of action. 

how do i know where its being processed and such?

I believe there should be a city listed on it,  or at least and abbreviation.   A bit harder now that all cases are IOE.

Best bet is to ask Emma or call USCIS. They’ll be able to tell you exactly where it’s processing.

and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. It is being processed at our Nebraska Service Center location. The notice describes how

I would talk to an agent. That’s the standard message that you get when you look up the case status as well

I don’t know the exact terminology you need to use online to speak with one. Maybe just keep typing “live agent”. But if you call on Monday say “info pass or I lost my receipt #” and you’ll get connected right away
