    Hello, So I requested to transfer to another consulate via expedite. I attached some of the documents as PDF and realized the residency was submitted as a photo in the email's text body. NVC responded, stating below. Could I be getting this because I didn't attach the Residence Certificate as a PDF?

    Hello, When transferring from one consulate to another is it okay to just supply the residence permit? I do have the police certificate but it won’t be ready for a week. I want to submit transfer with his residence permit first
