Congratulations to people who got approved and best of luck to us all waiting. November filer here:

IR 1 Visa

PD: 11/12/2019

Last touched February 27th

 

Hope to hear some good news in the upcoming days...

Hi Guys, 

 

I don't know if this is good news but a huge change in processing time for Spouses/children of LPR happened last week for Potomac. 
On the previous week the estimated time range was: 9 to 11.5 months and the processing time suddenly changed to: 1 month to 7 months (They are processing October 2019)

I don't know what it means, still no update on my case but I hope it's good sign !

Feb23 case transferred from Nebraska to California 

Date changes: March31, April 7th, April 27th, April30th: I got a RFE

Sent my response via priority mail May5th

Received an update yesterday on the 11th. 

I hope this can help anyone with a similar timeline! Thank you guys so much! And don’t forget to not lose hope and have patience.

It seems like processing times has changed for most of the service centers. I'll take that good news. Texas service center has changed from 7-9.5 months to 7-5 months for i130 applications. I hope to hear good news any day now hopefully you will too.

I 129 filed - 24/04/2020 - no update

I 130 NOA 2 -  11/5/2020

 

We were transferred to Texas at some point, not sure when.

I am also waiting for good news on my spouse case.

Our PD is 4 Nov.

Hi everyone, fellow November filer here, and i've been following the updates on this thread.

 

I've been approved!!

PD: 11/8/2019

NOA2: 5/12/2020

 

No transfers, no RFEs. Case was at Nebraska. I had date changes on 12/10, 2/23, 5/1, 5/11 and then finally on 5/12. 

 

I was so happy and surprised to see my approval this fast, because I didn't think it would happen until August or September. I hope you all get approval soon, too!
