You could start your upload now if you wanted to! Just can’t submit them yet; We’re waiting on a couple too so we just went ahead and uploaded what we had for now

  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

We didn’t either, Did you use a lawyer? I think it may only be for those who indicated on I130 that they had a lawyer but that’s just my guess since we didn’t have access to DS261 either and didn’t use a lawyer

I had imagined it, but since I'm doing it all on my own, I get insecure sometimes.   Thank you so much

We're using a lawyer and didn't have to do the DS261 either, I think it's not used anymore.

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

Ooh so exciting!  Congrats again!!!  When did you begin the NVC process and paying the fees for DS 260 and affidavit of support?  Trying to get an idea.  I just got my I-130 approved on Oct. 24, so I'm still waiting for NVC to send me my case number.

Did you recieve nvc number ?

Hi!  No :(  apparently they still didn't receive my case!  I called Thursday and they said they didn't receive it yet.  I was approved and case was sent out on Oct. 24.  I hate the wait!
