you can start uploading civil documents only after you complete the DS-260

On travel state website it says you will be receiving a welcome letter from nvc pls see the picture attached. So if I did not received this letter in the picture I’m not eligible to upload civil documents to ceac? I need to mail them instead? But where can I find thecover letter and welcome letter to attached to the mail?

I sent in our I-130 paperwork (for wife in Ph) right at the end of October, and just received the NOA (I-797C) saying they got it.

We were assigned the Potomac Service Center, where the average wait time is 7-9 months -- not too bad, right?

So I'm thinking for this waiting time, maybe we meet and hang out in South America. Anyone have recommendations? Looking for something somewhat cheap, but safe, with interesting surroundings.  I just need to be in the US time zones.

They don’t send a physical letter anymore. If you got a case number in email then you can start at NVC. You can’t upload civil documents until you finish filling out your DS260, but firstly you can’t upload anything until the fees online show as paid

Looking for some DS-260 help.

In the employment section it asks for your current job but doesn't ask for a start date.

Then the next section asks if you have you been employed previously. When you check yes, it asks for the last 10 years starting with the most recent employer.

Am I repeating the same info as I did on the previous page for my current employer OR the most recent before my current employment???

There is a start and end date for this question, so it's confusing what they want here. Anyone have the same issue and figure it out?

I completed & saved ds260 today (not submitted though) and I dont remember a question about being employed before or the previous 10 years of work 😲😦😧😨 gonna have to open it and check again 😅😅😅😶

It auto fills the start date for your most recent employer after you enter the previous employer details...

Do we need to submit double sided photocopies? Eg of birth certificate even if rear page is blank?

Hi everyone,

I have a question, I made the Aos and the  IV application fees (435$) at the CEAC webstite 12 days ago and the payment was deducted right the way from my account but it still shows at the CEAC website that it’s IN PROCESS.

how long  would it take to clear up so I can finish up the process

thank u

You're in the wrong thread. This is for people who have already been approved. Potomac isnt so bad your wife's i130 will be looked at in around 4 months

Youll be in NVC stage in March approx.
