I've filled and sent my K-1 Fiance application about 6 months ago. After about 3 months of sending the papers, I received a response from immigration requesting "further evidence". They asked me that the pictures I've sent them with my fiance during my time of meeting him didn't show the dates. So I submitted the requested pictures with the dates shown from my phone.

 

Long story short, today I received the letter saying my application is denied. I've attached the pictures of the denied papers.  I can't live here where my Fiance is in another country. This is very horrible situation. Can anyone please advice me on what I need to do? I'm very desperate now.choose files... Click to choose files

You refile.   You can't use "I sent the wrong photos" as an excuse because you are an adult.

Appeal what?  You didn’t follow instructions.     Refile, and if this process is confusing to you (that’s okay if it is), then you should retain a competent attorney who can help you gather

Did you submit the passport style photos they requested?

If you don't understand a simple English phrase, this Do-It-Yourself process is not for you. 

 

They wanted passport-style photos (2 x 2 with bright background) of you and your fiance and you failed to provide them.

Appeal what?  You didn’t follow instructions.  

 

Refile, and if this process is confusing to you (that’s okay if it is), then you should retain a competent attorney who can help you gather and submit all the required evidence.

Looks like they got tired of messing around with you since you did not supply not only the photos, but there were other things where you DO NOT COMPLY. It appears that you did not have a grasp on filing this petition from jump street. I would think refiling would not be an option until you are able to grasp the concept of the I-129F and as it was pointed out appeal what? Nothing to appeal. I suggest you slow down and READ and learn all you can before you waste more money and time.

Citizenship Complete!

Looks like you need to re-file, and get some help reading the instructions. They clearly told you what kind of photos to send (passport style photos, of you, and of your fiance...SEPARATELY). Get some help and re-file.

Also note that the K-1 visa was denied.

The I-129F petition was denied. There is a massive difference.

If you plan on doing this all again, I would post what you are sending next time to ensure you are sending the correct packet.
