After about 3 months of sending the papers, I received a response from immigration requesting "further evidence". They asked me that the pictures I've sent them with my fiance during my time of meeting him didn't show the dates. So I submitted the requested pictures with the dates shown from my phone.

More than seriously doubt considering meeting in person pictures are not required and passport style photos are

It doesn't say that RFE requested "in person pictures." It seems like RFE was a common request for "provide proof that the meeting was within 2 years" which OP interpreted as "write dates on the pictures of us together" instead of providing boarding passes and/or passport stamps. Not sure if passport pictures were requested as well. I know we never bothered writing any dates on those.

Regardless, with 129F being approved in 2-3 months now, just refile.

I’m curious as to what happened to fiancé from 2013. He did it right then and managed to get fiancé over here and I assume marry her.

The petition filing instructions have gotten more difficult to understand since then.

If only the 2nd K1 filing, won't need a waiver...I believe those are for 3 or more previous petitions?

Have you considered moving to your fiancé's country?

I've filled and sent my K-1 Fiance application about 6 months ago. After about 3 months of sending the papers, I received a response from immigration requesting "further evidence". They asked me that the pictures I've sent them with my fiance during my time of meeting him didn't show the dates. So I submitted the requested pictures with the dates shown from my phone.

Long story short, today I received the letter saying my application is denied. I've attached the pictures of the denied papers.  I can't live here where my Fiance is in another country. This is very horrible situation. Can anyone please advice me on what I need to do? I'm very desperate now.choose files... Click to choose files

Thank you very much.

So what they were  asking was passport photo for both you and your fiancee not regular photos,  i guess you did not read the RFE very well and reason you got denied coz you sent the wrong one not what they were asking,  you cannot appeal for this considering it's  a mistake  on your end. Best thing to do is to re file.

Looks like they got tired of messing around with you since you did not supply not only the photos, but there were other things where you DO NOT COMPLY. It appears that you did not have a grasp on filing this petition from jump street. I would think refiling would not be an option until you are able to grasp the concept of the I-129F and as it was pointed out appeal what? Nothing to appeal. I suggest you slow down and READ and learn all you can before you waste more money and time.

hi

first thank you for anybody.   do you want l will begin new "REAPPLICATION"
