21 days since my k3 was received. Really hoping that the 2-3 months averaged is for most is still the case.

We’re on 35 days for the K3 and we were hoping around 3-4 months might be the magic time for approval 🤞🏻 If we hadn’t been sent to Nebraska we wouldn’t have filed this

those of you that are blessed with Nebraska and filed 129F did you have IOE #s?

I think everyone from mid June onwards has received IOE receipt numbers for the I-130. They still issue the usual service Center receipt numbers for the i-129f.

We got Nebraska and we’ve filed for the 129f we have an IOE number and a LIN number and I think there’s a few others in July who’ve done the same that got Nebraska. No movement on either yet though.

Thank you!  It was processed in Nebraska.

Yes, I did have an IOE receipt.  I also requested an expedite, but they didn't ask for evidence.  That's why I'm confused as to which was it, IOE or expedite.  I did provide detailed information to the agent on the phone when I requested the expedite.

Oh expedite :P

I should have read your timeline first. It was probably the expedite if it was approved.
