They said they had everything they needed and our passports would be back within 2 weeks, and to keep a track on the website as it will update on there

S&J2013 on 2020-07-23 said:Cell phones were allowed, but may be embassy dependent. We just had to show they were working. And no I wasn’t asked to show any tax documents as everything had already been uploaded and accepted on CEAC before the interview

S&J2013 on 2020-08-10 said:Not really. We asked once when it was shut. Tried again when things were starting to open again and it got accepted. It really just depends on your reasons and the embassy

No you just email NVC and give case number, reasons why you’re requesting and any additional evidence as an attachment
