  1. No, not with the n-400. Perhaps it came from the biometrics appt.
  2. So I’m not even sure where the picture on my certificate came from. They took my picture yesterday but that’s not the one they used. Took so many pictures during this process. Not a fan of it either, but it’s not like I’ll be carrying it in my wallet haha.
  3. So they’ll let you come into the building early, but once you get to the check in desk they won’t let you upstairs until it’s 30 mins before your appointment time. they told us there was a delay with short staffing and system delays but It wasn’t bad. I waited maybe 30 minutes past my appointment time. case officer asked for my green card and passport but after reviewing my application, apparently I had not uploaded my birth certificate. So luckily I brought all of my immigration paperwork from the start with me, and she uploaded it without issue. did the reading, writing and 6 questions for the civics test. lastly, she went over the questions from the application and when it was all done she asked if I wanted to stay for the same day oath ceremony. really easy and smooth experience and everyone there was really nice.
  4. Had my interview at 10:55 but got called around 11:30. Everything was done by 12:00 and now waiting for same day ceremony at 2:00 pm. Atlanta FO.
  5. Anyone know or has heard whether the Atlanta FO does same day oath ceremony?
  6. Just go my interview scheduled for April 1st. Atlanta FO.
  7. Mine says 5 months. However, I don’t expect anything before April since I filed the 90 days prior to the 3 year rule.
  8. Same here. My timeline has not changed since I applied on Dec 17. NOA 12-17-2023 had my biometrics scheduled Jan 19 2024 and now my case has been actively reviewing since Jan 10. Timeline 6 months. I filed under 3 years/marriage and my FO is Atlanta.
  9. Mine changed to actively reviewing as of today and says 7 months.
  10. No, but I’m at the Atlanta FO and had I know they let everyone in like this, I would have shown up much earlier for my appointment.
  11. Is there a way to see the biometric details online? Today it said that my biometrics appointment was scheduled and the notice has been sent to me, but that if I do not receive a notice by Jan 22, to make an e-request and they’ll give me a copy. wished they would have re-used my biometrics from my IR1.
  12. I did not submit additional documentation under ‘additional evidence’ I included both our kids birth certificates, 3 years of taxes, mortgage statement, property taxes, bank accounts as well as savings statements from 2021.
  13. Hey Dimond, did your estimated timeline decrease once they re-used your biometrics? same boat. I applied yesterday so nothing yet and I’m wondering if it’s because I applied online on a weekend? Guess I can only wait and see.
  14. Had the same concern and I’ve read somewhere else that the agent was confused when the person entered their travel dates prior to them becoming a PR. So I decided to not enter anything prior to entering the U.S as a PR. Really wish they updated that question.
  15. Submitted online yesterday under the 3 year rule. Currently says 8 months. Hopefully they can re-use my biometrics and that’ll reduce the timeframe.
