Hello Everyone 

here it is for us .. my fiancé called uscis on nov 7 and the executive informed us we may soon get approval. 
Today the Apps lawfully and casetracker show we got approved on Nov 6 !! Yaayy

But there is no update on the uscis website.. not received hard copy yet .. 

Little strange , we both were confused but will wait for the hard copy ..

how does the app get details and not the uscis web..

Noa1 - 30 July

It takes 2-3 weeks for hard copy. The app pulls from the old site. If it updates, the app will update.

Got email and text our case is approved! Checked the site and its updated. Did a little scream and happy dance at my desk. Haha. Just waiting for the paper now. Looks like a lot of notifications today. That's awesome!

Ahead of my VJ timeline! I’m in shock after checking the USCIS website for days and weeks and seeing the same ‘case received’ text!

 

My fingers are crossed for all of you still waiting to hear.

I just woke up and thought let me just refresh that site again even though nothing ever changes on that website. And then there it was,  “case approved”. I had to refresh twice to make sure, cause I didn’t believe it lol

Congratulations! Out of curiosity who did your fiancé talk to at the USCIS?  I tried calling today and got to tier 2, but I still got the response from the officer that they currently processing cases that they received in April.  As a lurker of this site, I know they are currently processing cases they received in August.  My fiance has a daughter who will age out in January so we are really stressing this.

Congratulations to everyone who’s been getting approvals! Am very happy for you all. 
 

I just woke up to an email from the uscis for an RFE 🤬🤬😔 so @FreyandRyan I feel your pain. I’m hoping it’s something easy too, and the lawyer we used is going to get some VERY horrible emails and in person complaints!!  It’s not a great start to my birthday holiday as we won’t be able to action anything straight away till we get back in 10 days time 😭😭
 

however I am with my fiancée and it is my birthday so will smile and celebrate my birthday!
